Standard shipping times vary based on the level of service purchased. Delivery dates are based on your location and therefore cannot be guaranteed as it is beyond our control once in the possession of our carrier. Please allow for additional delivery time during the holiday season.
Shipping address must be deliverable by Canada Post or USPS. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address.
Any orders returned to sender due to goods not claimed or incorrect address will be resent at receiver’s expense (to be paid prior to dispatch).
